About Hrushikesh Talekar

Hrushikesh Talekar is the Founder and Principal Architect of Unbuilt Design Studio, an architecture practice established in 2020 with a vision to transform ideas into thoughtfully designed spaces. A graduate of Vishwaniketan College of Architecture, he further strengthened his professional expertise by pursuing postgraduate studies in Project Management, enabling him to combine creative design with structured project execution. Since founding the studio, he has led a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, resort, and urban planning projects, approaching each assignment with a strong emphasis on functionality, precision, and long-term value.

His design philosophy begins with understanding people before designing spaces. Every project is guided by close collaboration with clients, ensuring that their vision, lifestyle, and aspirations remain at the center of the design process. From concept development and planning to execution and delivery, Hrushikesh believes in maintaining transparency, attention to detail, and consistent communication throughout every stage of a project.

Under his leadership, Unbuilt Design Studio has grown into a multidisciplinary practice that brings together architecture, interior design, project management, urban planning, and 3D visualization. His ability to balance creative thinking with practical execution has helped the studio deliver spaces that are visually compelling, technically sound, and built to serve the people who experience them every day.
